The plot and the Southern cooking are definitely getting thicker in Bed-Stuy with the recent opening of Peaches HotHouse. TimeOut reports that this new joint is a more casualer (our word-massacre, not Time Out’s) than its sister restaurant, Peaches. Give them a few more weeks to secure a liquor license and you’ll have your choice of flavor-infused Bourbons. Like chocolate, for example.
